A company built for agents.

Each agent remembers its own session; none of them remembers the company. Anona Labs builds the memory they share and the company owns.

Anona Memory is the first piece: a managed memory layer for agents.

Fifty doublings

Fifty steps take you across the street. Fifty folds take a sheet of paper to the sun. This is a plan for the second trip.

The Anona Labs manifesto

Evolution gave us linear intuition. One day's work, one day's result. AI demands exponential reasoning, because one agent can become a thousand in a minute. The hard part isn't the math. It's unlearning our instincts.

How we build today.

How we build today. Yours to rewrite if you know better.

  1. 01

    Customer obsessed, agents included.

Amazon keeps one chair empty at the table for the customer. We keep two, because our customers arrive with agents, and the agent is a user as well. We work back from what both of them need.

  2. 02

    Nobody hands you the work.

If you can see it and it matters, it’s yours. Make the reversible calls yourself and tell us after. The rare decision we can’t walk back is the one to bring to the table first.

  3. 03

Invent quietly. Simplify ruthlessly. Earn trust slowly.

We’d rather ship a small thing that works than announce a big thing that doesn’t. Trust builds out of uptime and out of the things we admit we can’t do yet.

  4. 04

    Say the inconvenient thing early.

Bad news doesn’t improve with age. Say it while the problem is still small, and say it about anyone’s idea, the CEO’s included. Then we pick a direction and everyone commits.

  5. 05

The questions are the human work.

When the system handles the execution, the only human work left is the curiosity to ask bigger questions. That’s the part we hire for. Most of us get to be beginners again, and that’s the good part.

  6. 06

We run the company on agents.

We’re building for agents, so we work the way our customers are about to. Agents do a real share of the work here, and what they learn goes into a shared memory that the next run starts from. We hit the rough edges before you do.

  7. 07

    We finish things.

Starting is cheap. The work that counts is the work someone else is already using.
