If you are at this point the only person involved in the company then this will simply be you. If you have others working in the company detail the organization structure of your enterprise. Below this list the ownership structure of the business. This is whether your are running a sole proprietorship, partnership or a limited liability company.
It should include a market research that identifies your competitors, their share of the market and the range of the products they produce. By learning how they conduct their operations, you may learn tricks of the trade in the business you want to enter and you also get to have a basis on what you can do to excel.
